Hyderabad to be hub of Management studies
Kapil Sibal to open Ghaziabad IMT Campus in
city
Hyderabad|India|July '2011: The
Knowledge City of Hyderabad which is known for its
rich cultural heritage is also known as Hub of IT
Sector till now.
Now, with the best efforts of the State Government
in providing necessary infrastructure facilities
and favourable environment, it is also attracting
the renowned Management Institutes to start their
full-fledged branches campuses in Hyderabad by
making it as destiny of excellence of Management
studies.
On 2nd of July, 2011, Institute of Management
Technology, Ghaziabad is setting up its campus in
Hyderabad and is ready for inauguration by Sri
Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Human Resource
Development, Government of India and Chief
Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy will be the Chief
Guest at the function. Hyderabad known for as a
happening city is known for its many Institutes of
Excellence, R&D establishments and a large number
of Universities. Hyderabad today has the world
renowned ISB, IIIT, IIT, BITS Pilani, Nalsar Law
University, ICICI Knowledge Park, Genome Valley,
Hyderabad Central University and also has Campuses
of many Foreign and Indian Universities.
Narsi Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)
is one of the premier educational institutes in
the country. It occupies 4th best Business Schools
in India, and will start its new campus at
Jadcherla, Mahabubnagar district. This Institute
is all set to come up with an excellent
infrastructure in the next two years involving an
investment of approximately Rs.35 crores in the
first phase. The classes are being commenced from
this academic year in Tarnaka, Hyderabad. The
Chief Minister will inaugurate the same at Tarnaka.
He would also be doing the bhoomi pooja for its
permanent campus which would come up at Jadcherla,
Mahabubnagar District.
The GMR Group is associating with SCHULICH School
of Business, one of the top Business Schools in
the world and is a part of York University in
Toronto in Canada and is setting up an
International Business School in Hyderabad which
will endeavour to promote top quality business
education with a global perspective in our country
and is going to have its groundbreaking ceremony
by Sri Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Human
Resources Development, Government of India and the
Chief Minister Sri. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy will be
the Chief Guest on 12th July.
The State Government is committed to make
Hyderabad the Higher Education hub and attract the
best learning centres and Institutes of Excellence
in the world to open their campuses here.
