On the board are Ravi Iyer,a Palallad-born commerce graduate and a trained classical guitarist from the trinity college of Music, London. He has been a marketing professional before jumping into Indi-pop full time. He manages the group.

Kasturi Chincholikar,an alumni of Osmania university's Women's college. her  love of children led her into teaching at a Montessori school where she enjoyed her work thoroughly till Hummm happened.

Ruchika Christ - A Hyderabadi to the core, Ruchika loves music. She is  trained in Carnatic music as a child and has taken up Hindustani in the last three years to improve her voice range.

Joseph Sunder- Born in Narsapur, Joe spent most of his life in Bangalore studying Mechanical Engineering and being an active member of the fashion circles in the city. He has had a unique opportunity to travel all over Europe and study in Denmark as an exchange student at the Silkenborg Institute.

Aparna Gopala Krishnan - Aparna is a commerce graduate and currently works with Star TV as a marketing executive. She has been born and brought up in Hyderabad & is presently based in Chennai. She began her career with Motorola paging Division.

                 The passion for music brought them all together two years back and they have all been working on this album since then. Hummm is being marketed by BMG cresendo. The album features eight tracks which addresses social issues. Ladke aaye ,the first music video, talks of arranged marriages while Pyar karenge attempts to create an awareness about female infanticide.
