Incessant  Rain in Hyderabad

                                 Hyderabad is under a heavy spell of rain since the last one week. The rain which has been pouring since last Monday, is still continuing without any respite. The continuous spell of rain has indeed cooled the city like anything so much so that its quite cold in the day time. The changed temperature  has brought the woolen clothes and jackets out of the wardrobes and people especially youngsters are all  on the streets with their heavy oufits.This has been a familiar trend of Hyderabadis -whenever there is a slight decrease in weather ,the people here come out with all their sweaters and jackets .Well what better occasion than now to show off their dresses.
                             The  incessant rain has  almost brought the city to a halt especially during peak hours. The roads are so  chocked up that ,the other day people were seen almost swimming on the road. The good old roads of Hyderabad have all cracked up and potholes are the order of the day. Along with it, the incomplete flyovers in many parts of the city have also contributed to the  traffic jam. The less said the better of our traffic police who  have all of a  sudden disappeared and many of them were seen in hotels sipping Irani chai .
                             The rains have really kept many people indoor and it looks like all of them have left the roads of Hyderabad to get on to the Internet superhighways. It is quite evident by the snail speed of many of the Internet connections over here in the city.

Garam garam mirchis are selling like hotcakes.......
