Terms and Conditions

1.  The hirer should submit his tour programme in advance.
   
2.  Kilometers will be counted from Garage and minimum chargeable Km is 400/- per day.
   
3.  The timings will be reckoned from the time the vehicle starts from garage. The fraction of 
     Hour will    be counted as full hour.
   
4.  The estimated tour advance with 30% extra should be deposited before commencement of tour.
   
5.  A reservation fee of Rs 100/- will be collected along with tour advance.
   
6.  No overload will be allowed.
   
7. If any of the hire contract is cancelled, the reservation fee shall be forfeited in addition to the additional charges.
   
8.  The inter state taxes and other taxes if any should be borne by the hirer.
   
9.  The permit fee shall be borne by the hirer.
   
10.  The hirer should be responsible in guiding the driver on the route.
    
11.  The hirer shall claim the amount refundable within three months from the date of contract.
    
12.  A concession of 10% shall be allowed to Senior Citizens and Students under 21 year of age.
    
13.  The corporation does not take responsibility for any delay , damages caused by breakdown, accidents, mechanical failures.
    
14.  Cancellation charges
    a) 10% of the tour cost before 48 hours.
    b) 20% of the tour cost before 24 hours. 
    c) No refund thereafter.
    
     Rules of the Corporation are applicable in finalizing all hire contracts.
